Spring Season of Cinema Area to Kick Off on Monday
The municipal Culture department’s Cinema Area will screen a dozen films as part of the Spring Season 2025, at IES Río Verde in Marbella and the Municipal Music Center in San Pedro Alcántara. The program will start next Monday, May 5, with ‘Parthenope’ by Paolo Sorrentino. The audience can watch it with subtitles on Monday at 8:00 p.m. in Marbella and on Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. in San Pedro. Other films in the lineup include ‘Queer’ by Luca Guadagnino, ‘The Light We Imagine’ by Payal Kapadia, and ‘Flow, a World to Save’ by Gints Zilbalodis. The season will conclude with ‘Family Only’ by Mike Leigh on June 2 in Marbella and June 3 in San Pedro.
