San Pedro Alcántara to Have Temporary Recycling Point for Urban Waste Collection
The City Council will establish a temporary recycling point in San Pedro Alcántara to provide citizens with a suitable space for selective collection of urban waste. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, announced that the facility will be located in the industrial estate on Malta Street, offering a solution while permanent measures are developed. The project, with a budget of 1.2 million euros, aims to address the current lack of such spaces, reducing the need for residents to travel over 15 kilometers to Marbella’s recycling center.
