Marbella approves local action plans for seismic and tsunami risks
Marbella has officially approved local action plans for seismic and tsunami risks in the city, to anticipate and ensure a coordinated, effective, and rapid response to protect the population. The councilor responsible, José Eduardo Díaz, emphasized the importance of being prepared for such emergencies, highlighting clear evacuation routes and designated safe zones. Both plans have been given the green light by the Permanent Commission of Civil Protection of Andalusia, the highest regional authority for emergencies.
