Municipality Progresses in Processing 25 Affordable Homes in Arroyo Palomera
The municipality continues to make progress in processing the 25 affordable homes in Arroyo Palomera, located in the heart of the Golden Mile, and expects the properties to be raffled off before the end of the year. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz announced that the deadline to register in the Demandants Registry and be eligible for these units will close on October 1. Half of the homes will be allocated to young people and the rest to the limited price regime, with one reserved for reduced mobility and another for people with other disabilities. The mayor highlighted that this progress comes shortly after the groundbreaking ceremony in San Pedro Alcántara for the construction of 172 affordable rental properties.
