San Pedro Alcántara Advances in Public Lighting Renovation with New Energy Efficiency Project on Salamanca Avenue

The San Pedro Alcántara City Council is continuing to progress in the modernization of public lighting with a new energy efficiency project underway on Salamanca Avenue, which also includes Santiago de Compostela Avenue, and the streets Agricultor José Urbano and Juan Antonio Torquemada. The deputy mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, visited the works today, which have an approximate execution period of one month and are expected to be completed around July 20. The councilor specified that ‘the replacement of 39 sodium vapor luminaires, which are already obsolete, with new LED fixtures is planned, along with the revision of the entire electrical installation,’ and explained that ‘we are progressively implementing a much more efficient system, with better lighting quality, more durable, and environmentally friendly.’
