New Public Senior Residence at Trapiche del Prado to be Completed This Year

The upcoming public senior residence at Trapiche del Prado will be completed before the end of this year and is expected to be operational in early 2027, pending the completion of administrative procedures related to the management of the center and its equipment. This was announced today by the mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, during a visit to the complex with representatives of Mateo Álvarez’s family, who donated the estate to the municipality. They were able to see the advanced state of execution of one of the city’s most significant social and heritage projects.
