Mayor’s Commitment to the Elderly Highlighted After Renovation of Divina Pastora Active Participation Center
Today, Mayor Ángeles Muñoz, accompanied by the territorial delegate for Social Inclusion, Youth, Families, and Equality of the Andalusian Government in Malaga, Ruth Sarabia, visited the Divina Pastora Active Participation Center after its facilities were renovated. The mayor and the regional representative emphasized the commitment and collaboration between both administrations to improve the well-being of the elderly in the municipality. During the visit, the mayor pointed out that, although the center falls under regional jurisdiction, the municipality follows a very similar policy in this area, also involving the center’s users in its activities.
