Mayor highlights local businesses’ contribution to Las Chapas growth at the 2026 Commerce Awards
The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, presided over today’s 2026 Commerce Awards ceremony in the Las Chapas district, an event recognizing companies and professionals for their trajectory and contribution to the economic and social fabric of this area of the municipality. During her speech, the mayor explained that this initiative, framed within the Plan of Major Tourist Cities of Andalusia, highlights ‘the effort, dedication, and commitment of businesses and establishments that contribute every day to the growth and prosperity’ of the district. She also emphasized that the awardees represent ‘values such as proximity, professionalism, innovation capacity, and service vocation.’
