City Council Approves License for Urbanization Project in Las Dunas Sector
The Local Government Board, in its Tuesday meeting, has approved the license for the urbanization project in the Las Dunas area, in Las Chapas, covering a plot of over 160,000 square meters linked to the hotel sector. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz announced this in a press conference accompanied by the Works Councillor, Diego López, and the District’s General Director, Carlos Alcalá. The intervention includes the comprehensive execution of infrastructures and services in the area, addressing natural spaces, road networks, public services, and leisure areas. Muñoz highlighted the technical work and consensus required for this initiative.
