Marbella City Council completes over a hundred major projects and 4,000 minor interventions in 2025

Marbella City Council has completed over a hundred major projects and more than 4,000 minor interventions in 2025. The municipal delegate, Diego López, highlighted projects such as the health centers in Las Chapas and Ricardo Soriano, as well as the expansion of the Las Albarizas outpatient clinic with the Pablo Ráez care space. He emphasized the significant impact these facilities, along with the commitment of the Andalusian government, have had on Marbella’s healthcare system. Emergency works due to adverse weather events, like the Tamanaco breakwater, have also been carried out, as well as the restoration of the Faro area, opening up a previously closed space to the public. Other notable projects include the Trapiche del Prado, the renovation of the Salduba pool, and the Sergio Scariolo pavilion.
