Improving Pedestrian Safety in Santa Marta and Divina Pastora
The City Council has completed the creation of 17 new pedestrian crossings in the streets of Jeddah, Galveston, San Antonio, and Boquerón in the Santa Marta neighborhood, as well as in San Antonio in Divina Pastora. This initiative aims to enhance pedestrian safety by providing elevated crossings that improve visibility for drivers and allow pedestrians to cross safely. The sidewalks have also been expanded, and curbs have been lowered in various locations.
