Experts from 14 Countries Gather in Marbella for IV International Conference on Vocal Tone Surgery
Marbella has been chosen as the venue for the IV International Conference of the International Association of Transvoice Surgeons (IATS), a top scientific meeting that brings together 60 specialists in vocal tone surgery from 14 countries at the Adolfo Suárez Congress Palace until tomorrow. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, emphasized during the opening ceremony that this event is a milestone for the city, positioning it at the forefront of one of the most innovative and socially impactful medical specialties. Following previous editions in Berlin, New Delhi, and Seoul, Marbella was selected over cities like Los Angeles, showcasing the municipality’s ability to compete with internationally renowned destinations. This achievement was made possible through the collaborative efforts of local professionals and the expertise of renowned specialists associated with the region.
