City Council Supports Halloween Celebrations by Neighborhood Associations
The City Council has shown its support for the Halloween parties organized by the neighborhood associations El Barrio, El Mirador de la Torrecilla, and Vázquez Clavel-Pilar Miraflores, which will feature activities of ‘tradition and fun’ for all audiences. The Councilor for Citizen Participation, Enrique Rodríguez, expressed gratitude for the commitment and involvement of these groups in an event that has become an example of coexistence and collective effort. He invited the public to join the neighborhoods, participate in the different activities, and enjoy Halloween as a family.
