New agreement ensures continued support for Fibromyalgia Association in San Pedro Alcántara
The City Council has signed a collaboration agreement with the Fibromyalgia Association of San Pedro Alcántara (AFISAMP), with the Mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, and the president of the association, Teresa Barroso, guaranteeing continued support to around 60 users. The Mayor praised the important work of the association in providing support, guidance, and companionship to those affected by the disease and their families to enhance their well-being and quality of life. The annual subsidy for 2026 amounts to 25,000, with a 15% increase expected in 2027 to meet the growing needs of the association. The City Council’s support reflects its commitment to associations that play a crucial role in assisting individuals with specific needs.
