Marbella upgrades waste collection on its beaches with 104 new recycling stations
The City Council is making progress in improving services and facilities by launching a project to replace and modernize waste containers on the municipality’s beaches. The project involves installing 104 new recycling islands and integrated clean points, aimed at promoting more efficient, organized, and sustainable waste management. The area councilor, Diego López, highlighted that this initiative ‘represents a further step in the Council’s commitment to continuously improve the services provided on our beaches, incorporating more modern, functional, and coastline-adapted facilities.’
