Marbella Launches ‘T-Acompañamos’ Program to Enhance Youth Employment Opportunities
Marbella has introduced the ‘T-Acompañamos’ program aimed at young people aged 18 to 29 with the goal of improving their job prospects through a personalized training and guidance itinerary. The Youth Councilor, Alejandro González, who presented the initiative alongside the Employment advisor, Alejandro Freijo, explained that ‘previously, the actions carried out ended with obtaining a certificate, but thanks to this initiative, participants will benefit from ongoing support to help them define new goals and access resources to enhance their employability.’
