Marbella City Council Advances in its Municipal Housing Plan with a New Project of 132 Rental Properties in San Pedro Alcántara

The Marbella City Council is moving forward with its Municipal Housing Plan by approving a new project of 132 rental properties in San Pedro Alcántara, with an estimated investment of 13.1 million euros. The Local Government Board has granted the license for this new development, which will be located in the southern expansion area and will include two multi-family buildings, garages, storage rooms, private green areas, and a communal pool. Javier García, the deputy mayor of San Pedro, emphasized that access to housing has become one of the main challenges in areas under pressure like the Costa del Sol, and that the Government team is responding to this need and concern of the residents.
