Town Hall Equips Kitchens in 18 Publicly Funded Homes for Young Renters in Huerta de los Cristales
The Town Hall is equipping the kitchens in the 18 publicly funded homes designated for young renters in Travesía Huerta de los Cristales and will begin formalizing contracts in December, aiming for the occupants to be fully settled in their new homes by 2026. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, visited the properties today along with the councilor for Works, Diego López, highlighting that these units are located in the former building of the Official Language School, which has been completely renovated into a modern space. Muñoz emphasized that the homes are in a prime location with beautiful views and offered at prices well below the market rates.
