Marbella’s Hotel Sector Achieves Record Highs in August
The hotel sector in Marbella has once again demonstrated its strength in August, reaching new historical highs in hotel profitability, with a 32% growth over two years, and a 15% increase in job creation compared to 2024. According to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE), the total number of overnight stays reached 350,366, which is 18,371 more hotel nights and a 5.5% increase compared to the same period last year. The average length of stay was 4.16, the best figure since 2021. In total, 84,294 travelers stayed in the city’s hotels in August, with 23,730 being domestic and 60,564 from abroad.
