Approval of New Urban Procedures for Hotel and Shopping Center in Marbella
The City Council has approved new urban procedures for a hotel project of around 30,000 square meters in the Pinomar area and for the establishment of a shopping center of approximately 8,000 square meters in front of the Marbella Club. The councilor of the area, José Eduardo Díaz Molina, explained that these are ‘important advances in the development of two distinct areas’ and clarified that the initial approval of the replotting has been granted for the hotel establishment, while the urban delimitation procedure of the plot has been initiated for the commercial space.
