Marbella City Council Recognizes Rotary Club’s Commitment to Social Fabric
Isabel Cintado, the councilor for Social Rights, has acknowledged the commitment of the Rotary Club Marbella, which has raised over 50,000 euros through its XXXVIII Summer Gala and charity golf tournament. The councilor praised the ‘exemplary track record of solidarity and tireless work’ of the organization in events like the two held in July, benefiting around fifteen associations. The vice president of the club, Antonio Belón, highlighted the success of the golf championship at Las Brisas and the event on July 18 at Finca La Concepción in demonstrating the participants’ solidarity. The gala saw a doubling of attendees (reaching 500) and the amount raised compared to 2024.
