City Council Enhances Security in Sports Facilities by Upgrading Protective Mats on Soccer Fields
The City Council has launched a comprehensive plan to replace protective mats in the main municipal sports facilities with the aim of enhancing safety and modernizing the equipment. The works are already underway on the 11-a-side and 5-a-side soccer fields at the Antonio Serrano Lima Sports Complex, a project that complements recent improvements such as the renewal of artificial turf, installation of a modern irrigation system, updating of networks and posts, and the provision of separate access to the changing rooms for visiting teams.
