City Activates Extensive Security Measures for Ironman 70.3 World Championship
The City Council has activated a comprehensive security operation for the Ironman 70.3 World Championship taking place this weekend on November 8 and 9. The event will span two consecutive days, with the women’s race on Saturday and the men’s race on Sunday. Over 300 officers and volunteers, including local police, Guardia Civil, National Police, Firefighters, Civil Protection, and other municipal police forces, will be involved in ensuring safety during the championship.
