Nueva Andalucía’s Traditional Romería Celebrates with ‘Tardeo Flamenco’ Event
Nueva Andalucía will celebrate its traditional romería in honor of the Virgin Mother this Sunday, May 11. This year, a new ‘Tardeo Flamenco’ event will take place on the previous day, Saturday, May 10. The district councilor, Vanesa Ortiz de Zárate, announced the festivities alongside representatives of the pilgrims and the musical duo Arenal Paco Mancilla. The event, which has been bringing the community together in devotion and joy for 40 years, aims to expand the celebrations and provide more opportunities for neighbors and visitors to come together. Additionally, there will be a sale of t-shirts, bracelets, and scarves for charity, with all proceeds going towards the restoration of the Virgin Mother’s image.
