Municipality Undertakes Urban Renewal Works for Accessibility and Road Safety in San Pedro Alcántara
The municipality is carrying out urban renewal works on the southern bypass of San Pedro Alcántara to improve accessibility, road safety, and the drainage system on Burgos Avenue, specifically between La Coruña Avenue and Guadiana Street. The deputy mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, emphasized that the actions, with a budget of 240,000 euros, cover an area of 1,700 square meters and aim to solve problems caused by tree roots and inadequate drainage during rainfall. The councilor highlighted that the interventions will also include undergrounding of electrical wiring and the renovation of the existing bike lane in the area.
