Mayor highlights the role of Activa Marbella program in promoting education and healthy leisure activities for young people
The Mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, has highlighted the role of the Activa Marbella program in promoting education and healthy leisure activities, during the ceremony for the delivery of fifty diplomas to young people in the city held today at the Cortijo Miraflores Cultural Center. The mayor congratulated the participants for their effort and commitment and emphasized that this municipal initiative, promoted by the Social Rights delegation and added to the summer programming of the Youth department, ‘provides tools for attendees to develop a vocation and even access a job.’ Muñoz pointed out that behind each of the fifty certificates awarded ‘there is a story of dedication, enthusiasm, and time well spent, allowing them to do something they enjoy.’
