Mayor emphasizes the City Council’s commitment to promoting sports among young people through the new edition of the ‘School Games’, involving over 8,000 students
The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, highlighted on Tuesday the City Council’s commitment to promoting sports among young people, with a new edition of the ‘School Games’, a municipal initiative that this academic year will involve over 8,000 students from all educational levels. The mayor stated, during her visit to the ‘Pequemaratón’, that it is ‘one of the most important tests of the program’, taking place today and tomorrow Wednesday at the football fields in the Arroyo Primero area, bringing together 800 students from 16 schools in the municipality.
