Marbella to Host First Spain Grand Prix of UIM MotoSurf World Championship This Weekend
Marbella will host the UIM MotoSurf World Championship for the first time, making it the first city in Spain to hold this competition. The event will bring together 70 riders from 20 countries around the world this weekend at the Lago Club del Real de la Quinta. The competition will feature the international elite of the sport in male, female, and junior categories. Councilman Lisandro Vieytes stated, ‘We are announcing an event that we have been working on for a couple of years and it was not easy to bring, but we finally did it.’ He added, ‘It will be the future of nautical events and we wanted Marbella to be there, as the first city in our country to host this event.’
