Marbella to Approve the Definitive General Urban Plan, the First in Andalusia Adapted to LISTA
The Marbella City Council will bring the definitive approval of the General Urban Plan (PGOM) to an extraordinary municipal Plenary on Friday, September 18. This plan will make Marbella the first city in Andalusia to have approved planning according to the new Law to Boost Territorial Sustainability of Andalusia (LISTA). Mayor Ángeles Muñoz met with the Minister of Housing, Youth, and Territorial Planning, Rocío Díaz, to discuss the progress of the new planning and other strategic issues related to urban planning and housing in the municipality. The mayor emphasized the importance of finalizing a document that is “absolutely essential for a city like Marbella” and thanked the Andalusian Government, especially the minister and her team, for their excellent collaboration throughout the process.
