Marbella strengthens coordination for potential episodes of heavy rain and floods with a CECOPAL meeting
The Local Operational Coordination Center (CECOPAL) held a meeting today at the Local Police Headquarters to enhance municipal planning for situations of heavy rain, floods, and other adverse weather phenomena. The meeting was attended by the Councilor for Citizen Security, José Eduardo Díaz; the Deputy Mayor of San Pedro Alcántara, Javier García; the Councilor for Public Works, Diego López, and the Head of Emergencies, Arturo Arnalich, as well as representatives from various security forces, Civil Protection, Firefighters, the Andalusian Regional Government, as the manager of the La Concepción reservoir, Hidralia, and technical personnel.
