Marbella Joins World Alzheimer’s Day with a Message of Advocacy for Patients and Families
The City Council has joined today in the commemorative events of World Alzheimer’s Day with an informative and awareness-raising day in collaboration with the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer’s Patients (AFA) of Marbella. The Councilor for Social Rights, Isabel Cintado, participated in the activity, thanking the citizens for their commitment and acknowledging the ‘admirable work’ carried out by the collective. Cintado highlighted the work of the Nieves Barranco Day Center, describing it as ‘a professional space of comprehensive care that provides support to users and their closest circle.’
