Councilor Joins Residents in Traditional Pilgrimage to Honor the Divine Shepherdess

The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, has joined residents today in the traditional pilgrimage to honor the Divine Shepherdess at Vigil de Quiñones Park. The councilor praised the work of the parish in this neighborhood, which supports all initiatives and has many people dedicated to helping those in need. She mentioned the significant renovation of the chapel by the City Council located in this area. ‘The temple was practically in ruins and has been restored to become a very special space,’ said the mayor, encouraging everyone to ‘enjoy a day of togetherness with family and friends.’ Throughout the day, there will be musical performances by the Melania Leiva Dance Academy, the Los del Patio choir, Davinia Escalona, and Fini Mesa, as well as activities for children with the participation of the entertainer Rosalía La Lía.
