City Council Honors Fifty Municipal Employees Retiring After Decades of Public Service
The City Council has held an emotional recognition ceremony for fifty municipal workers who are finishing their careers after dedicating a large part of their lives to public service. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz emphasized that it is a bittersweet moment that combines celebration with farewell to those who have been an essential part of the daily operations of the local administration. She highlighted that many of those honored have had a long and exemplary career within the Council, with some even serving for nearly six decades, praising their professionalism, dedication, responsibility, and decisive contribution to improving the daily lives of thousands of residents.
