City Council Completes Restoration of Trapiche del Prado as Interpretation Center
The City Council has completed the rehabilitation of Trapiche del Prado, a historic 17th-century building, as an interpretation center. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz, accompanied by the Minister of Culture and Sport, Patricia del Pozo, and the director general of the department, Carmen Díaz, highlighted during a visit to the facility that ‘this is an emblematic project, not only for the architectural and cultural value of the building, but also for its integration with the future public elderly residence, the first in the city, which is being built on the same site.’
