San Pedro Alcántara to Have 172 New Affordable Homes for Renting to City Families

San Pedro Alcántara will have 172 new protected homes for rent, ranging from one to four bedrooms, to provide families in the city with access to housing. These homes, located in the southern area, will have sizes ranging from approximately 58 to 100 square meters, along with a garage and storage room. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, emphasized that this initiative, led by Inmobiliaria Osuna, offers a new opportunity for those struggling to find housing. The homes will be made available to registered residents listed in the Municipal Housing Demand Register, which currently has around 1,800 applicants, through the appropriate allocation process. The mayor also mentioned that the rental prices will be significantly below market rates, starting from 800 euros per month. This development will cater to various family sizes and needs.
