San Pedro Alcántara to Host La Vuelta After Eight Years
San Pedro Alcántara will once again be in the spotlight of international cycling on September 11th as Stage 19 of La Vuelta Ciclista a España passes through the town, marking its return after an eight-year absence. The city officials and professional cyclist Luis Ángel Maté have unveiled the route of the race through the urban area and the planned parallel activities for the event. The event coincides with the XV Costa del Sol Basketball Tournament between Real Madrid and La Laguna Tenerife, which will take place at the Elena Benítez Sports Palace.
