City Council speeds up business opening in the city with new instruction
The City Council has announced the development of a new technical and administrative instruction for the processing of business licenses, adapted to the new Environmental Qualification Law of Andalusia. The goal is to streamline business opening, simplify administrative procedures, and provide greater legal certainty to both developers and municipal technicians. The main novelty is the expanded use of the responsible declaration, allowing almost all business licenses to be processed through this method, facilitating immediate opening of establishments once the required documentation is submitted.
