Marbella Approves Licenses for Renovation of Two Iconic Hotels with Nearly 18 Million Euros Investment
The Local Government has approved various municipal management issues today, highlighting actions related to the modernization of two iconic hotels in the municipal area with a combined investment of nearly 18 million euros. The municipal spokesperson, Félix Romero, reported that approval has been granted for the renovation project of Hotel Senator Marbella, with an execution budget of almost 13 million euros, after meeting a previous condition. Additionally, permission has been given for the modification, renovation, and expansion of Hotel Guadalmina, with an allocation of around 5 million euros.
