Marbella Records Lowest Unemployment Rate in July Since 2007
Marbella recorded 6,772 unemployed individuals in July, the lowest number for this month since 2007, and holds the lowest unemployment rate among the major municipalities in Andalusia with over 40,000 inhabitants, reaffirming its leadership in creating opportunities. The local council representative highlighted the continuous improvement trend in employment, with 90 fewer unemployed individuals in July compared to June, representing a monthly decrease of 1.32%. On a yearly basis, there are 647 fewer unemployed individuals compared to July 2024, indicating an 8.78% decrease.
