New Library Construction in San Pedro Alcántara to Begin in June
The City Council, in a Local Government meeting held this Tuesday, has approved the proposal for the construction of a new library in San Pedro Alcántara. The library will be located in Jorge Lorenzo Tejada Park (El Arquillo) and is scheduled to start construction in June. The deputy mayor of San Pedro, Javier García, explained that the project, with an 18-month construction period, will commence in early 2027. The two-story building, covering an area of 1,300 square meters, will have a budget of 3.4 million euros.
