Mayor Visits New Community Center Opening Tomorrow with First May Cross Ceremony
The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, has visited the new headquarters of the El Calvario-Huerta Belón neighborhood association, which will open its doors tomorrow coinciding with the inauguration of its first May Cross. The mayor, accompanied by the councilor for Citizen Participation, Enrique Rodríguez, and the president of the collective, Juan Carlos García Zurita, stated that the entity has been working for many years to meet the needs of the residents in the area and will now have this space provided by the City Council, located on the central street of Jacinto Benavente. The aim is for it to be a dynamic space, a meeting point for residents in the neighborhood and a place where different property communities can also hold their meetings.
