The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, along with the Youth Councillor, Alejandro González, visited the graffiti created in memory of Luis Magriz in the Plaza de Toros neighborhood, a beloved young man who passed away at the age of 30 in a motorcycle accident. During the event, the mayor stood by family and friends, highlighting Luis’s deep roots in the neighborhood and the personal legacy he has left behind. “Luis is part of a story that will forever remain in everyone’s memory,” she said.
