Mayor highlights Junta’s investment efforts in water projects in Marbella

Mayor Ángeles Muñoz emphasized the Junta de Andalucía’s investment efforts in water projects in Marbella, with nearly 50 million euros allocated to modernization projects in the desalination plant, Rio Verde Drinking Water Treatment Plant (ETAP), and La Concepción dam. The mayor, who held a working meeting at the Town Hall today with the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, Ramón Fernández-Pacheco, stated that ‘the commitment of the regional government is reflected in specific allocations for modernizing infrastructure that are crucial for improving the quantity and quality of water in the locality’ and emphasized that ‘the collaboration between both administrations and Acosol is allowing us to act in the integral cycle and provide an effective response to the problems we were facing in this area.’
