Mayor highlights bravery and dedication of Marbella Fire Department in 2025
The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, praised the bravery, dedication, and service vocation of the Marbella Fire Department, which concluded 2025 with over 2,200 interventions, mostly in fires, rescues, technical assistance, and safety operations. The mayor emphasized the commitment of the City Council to continuously improve the human and technical resources of the firefighting and rescue team. She acknowledged the firefighters as a vocational profession, always ready to respond regardless of the hour, conditions, or risks. The mayor commended the exemplary work of the honorees, alongside the Councilor for Citizen Security, José Eduardo Díaz, and the fire chief, Medardo Tudela. She also announced the approval of a roundabout dedicated to the firefighters in the last council meeting.
