Marbella TodoDanza Festival Showcases Contemporary Dance and Flamenco at Museo del Grabado and Cortijo Miraflores

The Marbella TodoDanza Festival continues this week with performances that bring contemporary dance and avant-garde flamenco to the Spanish Contemporary Engraving Museum and the Cortijo Miraflores Cultural Center. The first event will take place on Thursday, October 9th, at 7:00 PM at the Engraving Museum, featuring Andrés Marín presenting ‘A Breath of Signs’ as part of the ‘Movement and Abstraction’ series. Marín, known as one of the most unique and innovative flamenco dancers today, blends classic flamenco with a contemporary aesthetic and a deeply personal language in his creations. In this piece, the artist uses the fan as a choreographic instrument, turning gestures into an airy script where masculine and feminine, flesh and spirit, present and past converge.
