Marbella to Establish Municipal Registry for Tourist Accommodations and New Regulations to Limit Commercial Property Use
Marbella will have a municipal registry for tourist accommodations and new regulations to limit the change of use for this activity in commercial properties. The mayor, Ángeles Muñoz, presented the latest study results on this segment in the city, revealing that only 32% of registered properties are actually being marketed. The city aims to ensure that vacation rentals contribute positively to the municipality.
