Marbella Sets New Employment Record with Nearly 80,000 Social Security Affiliates in April
Marbella has set a new historical employment record in the past April, reaching a total of 79,628 affiliates to Social Security. This figure represents an increase of 3,344 people compared to the previous month and 2,056 more contributors than in the same period of 2024. The responsible advisor in the field, Alejandro Freijo, highlighted that ‘these records reflect a strong push towards the high season and consolidate the positive trend of the labor market,’ and valued that ‘they are a clear demonstration of the economic strength of the municipality and the confidence of the business sector.’
