Marbella Says Goodbye to Easter with 80-90% Occupancy Rate in Hotels

Marbella has bid farewell to Easter with an occupancy rate ranging from 80 to 90% between Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday. Many hotels were fully booked during the peak days of the holiday from Thursday to Sunday. During these four days, occupancy rates exceeding 90% were reported. The industry’s general director, Laura de Arce, emphasized the positive outcome, noting that ‘the data collected in the city, including visitor spending, has been spectacular.’ This was achieved despite less favorable weather forecasts, which could have affected what was expected to be a preview of summer.
