Marbella Enhances Urban Sports with State-of-the-Art ‘Pump Track’ Construction
The City Council has begun the comprehensive renovation of the old skatepark in Arroyo de la Represa Park to transform this area into a large state-of-the-art ‘pump track’, a strategic action that will modernize about 2,000 square meters of public spaces in the city center and enhance the sports and outdoor leisure offer. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz mentioned that this intervention, with a five-month execution period, will allow Marbella to have ‘a highly demanded infrastructure by residents and fans’ before the end of the year. The municipal goal is to ‘continue providing the city with modern, functional facilities adapted to new sports disciplines’.
