Marbella City Council to receive 2.5 million euros from late businessman Paolo Ghirelli’s legacy for elderly care
The Marbella City Council will receive 2.5 million euros from the estate of businessman Paolo Ghirelli, who passed away last August, to be used for various initiatives related to elderly care in the municipality. Mayor Ángeles Muñoz announced that the Council will fulfill the Italian developer’s wishes by managing the portion of the inheritance donated by Ghirelli to the local government to help care for and improve the quality of life for the elderly. Mayor Muñoz praised Ghirelli’s generosity, involvement, and love for Marbella, highlighting his charitable gesture made before his passing.
